Reference Image is bears no resemblance the image on the video

I have created a number of videos and every one of them has no resemblence to the reference image whatsoever.

Clearly your AI is not efficient and does not have the ability to use the reference image so you are charging for service you are not capable of providing.

I think you should remove the option until your AI has the ability to use the reference image.  

I am totally disappointed with Adobe and basically you are invoicing customers for a service you cannot provide.  In basic words " you are stealing from your customers"

I have attached a copy of the reference image to confirm it has no resemblence to the video.
