refund credits
I keep asking for a prompt for a photo and it keeps giving me a completely different photo it's used 100 credits

Could you provide an example of your prompt?
Prompting is a lot of trial and error.
Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous.
Make sure to delete the files that are not working to prevent having a bad seed.
