The first creation task displays 0 credits.

I assumed it was free creation and executed the creation task.

After completing the creation task, 500 credits were displayed at the bottom of the screen.

I checked my usage history and all my credits were gone.

A huge amount of credits were used for this low-quality creation.

Refund the credits.

Thanks for writing in. Could you share a screenshot of where it was showing zero? You can click on the previous generations and see.

I wrote two articles using my ID.

I uploaded screenshots to other articles.

Usually, when creating an AI video, a credit usage indicator appears next to the create button in the lower right corner.
However, on the 20th, when using the Firefly Video AI video production model, my credits were displayed as 0. Naturally, I assumed it was free and created the video, but when I saw a message saying I had run out of credits and could not create the video, I logged into my account and checked.

I lost 3,000 credits, 500 credits per 6 videos.

If the credit usage indicator had been displayed as usual, I would never have used it.

This appears to be a system issue with Adobe.

The problem is that screenshot images are still failing to upload.
