If an image is generated in Firefly via Gemini, I’m wondering whether it would be acceptable to use that image in an academic paper.

I’m concerned about whether there could be any copyright issues.

That seems to me to be reasonable use under the standard license.

Not copyright issues necessary. But accuracy might be another matter. Without any additional information or the image itself, this is a difficult issue to answer.

Thank you for your response.

This is a paper related to the display’s performance, and the generated image will be uploaded to the display and then captured with a camera.
