Remover Fondo de una imagen

Hola...

estoy usando Firefly para quitar el fondo a una imagen...

le digo remover y quita el fondo... mi probema es al pedir descargar

cuando a abro tiene fondo negro... siempre me pasa...

¿hay que hacer algo extra?

Thanks for writing in. Firefly cannot save transparent images without a background. You can take your image to Adobe Express and then remove the background: https://adobe.ly/3FjODAm
