Request access issue

K12 organization. Just last month when students logged into CC and Firefly the red bar comes up saying request access from admin, they clicked the request access button and it worked. Suddenly it is not working now. When they click the request access button, it says the app is unavailable and to contact IT.  Works for me and the teacher just fine. Students are in a computer lab with shared device licenses but they are going in via the browser to access it. Unsure what to do or what I'm missing.

Hi @christine_7510,

Are you using Shared Device Licences or Named User Licences?  I could not tell from your post. If you are using SDLs, Firefly is not available. If you are using Named User Licenses, then their user accounts have to have Firefly provisioned by your local Adobe administrator.

I so appreciate you responding. I know it is confusing and I know I don't fully understand. The devices have shared licenses of installed software applications. That said, the students are going to the browser Adobe CC website and logging in with their account to access Firefly.  Apparently it has worked before without issue - same lab. Make any sense?

If they log into a named account, their account has to have Firefly provisioned to it.  Your local Adobe administrator should be able to do that.
