Hello,
I recently noticed a charge for the Adobe Generative AI plan, but due to personal circumstances, I am currently unable to afford the subscription.
I cannot see a cancel button in my plan management, so I am reaching out for assistance.
I sincerely apologize, but could you please cancel (refund) this recent charge and terminate my Generative AI plan subscription as well?
Once my situation improves, I would love to use your services again.
I would be extremely grateful for your help. 🙏
