Reset dates if I have 2 Firefly accounts

I started a Firefly Standard account on Dec 4th 2025, then to increase the amount of Gen credits I added a Pro account on Dec 22nd.

When I check my remaining credits (which is a pain in itself because it always says “unable to load selection” and I have to go to my avatar etc repeatedly going in circles until I finally get the balance of my credits) anyway I've got two accounts but only see one reset date which is the 10th of each month. I read the date should be on the date you started the account, so anyone tell me why mine isn't and also how do i see info separately for each Firefly account ?
