Save images to Adobe account?

Question

If I'm generating images, and editing them with GenFill... is there a way to save the image to my account so that I can revisit it later?

I get that I can download a watermarked version, or pay to download the full version, but there are times where I need to decide at a later date if I want to pay for an image.

E.g. I can show a watermarked version to a client, but they might reject it. Whereas if they approve it, I'd then like to purchase it.

WHen you click on the share button you have several options:

Among them copying a link. Since I have a subscription, I do not know how the watermarking works when you switch from free to usage into paid usage.
