Scale issue in video

I changed the aspect ratio and asked it to create a video with a reference image that would show the top of the subject and the item moving up. Instead it just cropped the image to fit the new aspect ration

    Hi UXR009

    Thank you for writing in.

When you upload a keyframe image that doesn't match the selected aspect ratio, a cropper tool automatically pops up, where you can determine how you want to crop the image.

Hover over the thumbnail to see a larger preview; moving the cursor over it activates the crop tool for adjustments.

If you wish to avoid that, you’ll need to upload a keyframe that matches the selected aspect-ratio

    Hey there, thanks for posting.

I wanted to let you know about this Firefly feature that allows you to capture movement on your phone (with any subject in frame) and use that to tell Firefly how to move the camera. It may be helpful in getting the exact results you want. Here’s a short tutorial on YouTube that covers the feature!

    Let us know,
