user cannot scroll to view all offerings within general access modal - using chrome on iOS Sonoma - scroll is not showing, unable to expand all categories

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

Are you using a pen or stylus as your mouse? If you have a trackpad, a two finger scroll works.
