Serious Issues with Adobe Firefly AI Assistant – Unwanted Generations and Credit Consumption
Dear Adobe Firefly Team,
I understand and accept that users should pay for AI services. However, since Adobe Firefly AI Assistant started consuming generative credits, the error rate has not improved. In fact, the issues seem to have become even worse.
One of the most frustrating problems is that the AI Assistant continues generating images without my permission, even after I have stopped the process.
As paying Adobe customers, we already invest a significant amount of money in your software and services. Having an AI Assistant that performs unwanted generations and potentially wastes our paid credits feels extremely unfair. Frankly, it feels like our credits are being taken without our consent.
I strongly urge Adobe to address the following issues:
-
Improve the stability and accuracy of the AI Assistant.
-
Ensure that image generation stops immediately when users cancel or stop a task.
-
Prevent unauthorized generations from consuming users' credits.
We are willing to pay for a reliable service, but we should not have to pay for the system's mistakes.
Please take these issues seriously and provide a solution.
Thank you.
