So I created AI video and I can not install it but my token was reduced and after that I refreshed the page then the sit started to regenerate my video but i am waiting for 10 minutes but i have not got the video yet

Could you please confirm whether the plan you purchased included a trial? If so, it’s likely a 7‑day trial, which provides a limited number of generations for both Standard and Premium features.

Please also share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing when you try to generate, along with another screenshot of your Account menu (accessible by clicking your avatar icon in the top‑right corner of the page). Be sure to hide your email address before sending.
