Solid background colour with Adobe Firefly

How can I generate an image of a any given subject – on to a completely solid white background with no reflections and no shadows or vignettes being added?  In relation to that, how can I maintain the same subject and just generate versions with different background. colors?  Adobe Express doesn't do a goood job of removing the background especially if there are details like hair etc, so that's my reason for asking.
