Some partner models don't come up in firefly

Question

In adobe firefly web and mobile the video generation doesn't have any of the newer models like seedance 2 or later. I've had my reply on a post where this was solved but my account still doesn't show the newer models. I've logged in and out, tried on several browsers and still do not have the newer models. This bug still exists for my account and I could imagine other accounts.

@Democratese1Sorry, I thought you were just asking about Seedance. The mobile app does not have all of the models available in the web app. You can go to the web app in a browser on yourmobile phone. I have saved the web app as an icon on myiPhone because there have always been differences between the mobile app and the web app. You can do that by clicking the share button and then “Add to Home Screen”:  droopy
