"Something went wrong"

Question

I keep getting errors when I try out the Image to Video Ai tool on veo3.1 and other models.
No explanation what is wrong, I think my images are acceptable formats 1080 jpeg and png, and content (family photo), I have a short description of what i want to happen in the video, I have credits.

"Something went wrong please try again later"

Welcome to the community! This is definitely frustrating when this happens.

Could you provide a screenshot and your prompt? This helps us help you.

If there are any childern in the image, Firefly will not generate the image. Adobe Firefly has a strict policy about altering children.
