Something went wrong after I click generate "text to vector".

Keep these Common problems in mind

• Trademarked / Copyright
• Political figures / Celebrities 
• if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

• - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
  Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.

Hey EArias, sorry to see it’s not working for you. Have you tried a different web browser? Or an incognito window? 

Might also be helpful to verify that you have generative credits attached to your account. When you have Firefly open, select your icon in the top right of the screen to see the credits.

I ran a quick test to generate a polygonal vector illustration of a fox using the Firefly Image 3 model, and the image generated successfully.

Could you please share the exact prompt you used so we can test it and attempt to reproduce the error?

Once we have that, we’ll be happy to investigate further.
