Hi there,

I’ve been trying to generate images in Firefly for the last few hours, but the experience has been very inconsistent. Sometimes it works, and other times I get a “Something went wrong” error.

The main issue is that even when the generation fails, my credits are still being used. So far, I’ve lost around 240 of my monthly credits without receiving the images.

Could you please investigate this issue and restore those lost credits to my account?

However, if the generation fails with an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance.
