Question

I've been trying to use my Generative AI Credits to make videos since yesterday and I keep getting the same Error over and over.

"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

-I have over 2000 Credits left and I would like to use them before my Account resets on Dec. 11th/2025.

-I don't want to lose those credits. Is there something wrong with the system currently.

-I'm trying using Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast. Neither are working. 1080P and 720P are not working as well.

-Please let know what the issue is.
