Has something changed with Firefly?..

 

For the last week or so now, I've been unable to use Firefly 5 to generate images with relatively basic prompts...  When FF5 came out, it was very quick and accurate - now a week or two later, every time I try to generate an image it's "Something went wrong - please try again later"

 

And this seems to be the case with any of the AI model options; I can't go back to use Firefly 3 for the same reasons.  I've got plenty of credits too, so no problem there.

 

Done all local updates possible cleared my cache etc...  No better - feel like I just need to give up with FF and go back to Gemini or ChatGPT - at least they generate something for free.

 

I don't agree with paying for something that doesn't work...  Sort it!!

This is defitely frustrating. 
A simple thing like turning my phone or computer off and on has helped in the past.

It's not just a certain prompt - it's any prompt I try...  I can't recall all of the recent ones, but the most recent prompt was "a watercolour-like illustration of a sun shining above grey clouds on a white background"

 

Tried Safari, and logging into Chrome on a different computer - all with siminlar results; it takes forever to generate and come up with the error message - I can understand how this would start causing issues if people are spending credits to genereate and this is what they end up with.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the issue. Could you share the prompt you are using? Sometimes the image violation also gives an error. Please try a different browser. If the issue persists, share a screen recording of the issue and the prompts used. We are here to help.
