Issue generating images: "Something went wrong" error
Body: Something went wrong. Please try again later or lost of internet connection 
Hi team,
I'm getting the error "Something went wrong. Please try again later whenever I try to generate an image or video on the Firefly website. I've already cleared my browser cache and tried logging in again, but it didn't help.
Here are my details:

Browser & OS: [Chrome on Windows 11]
Firefly Model: [any model except Firefly models, for example, Nano Banana, VEO3, GPT Flux, and Runway]
Prompt: [Add a cat next to a sofa.]
Reference Image: [whether with a reference image or not]

    A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.

    Other suggestions

    1. Try a different web browser (or an Incognito/Private window) to rule out browser extensions or cache issues.
    2. Disable any active VPN, ad-blockers, or strict firewall settings temporarily.
