Sora 2 generation error

I have been trying to generate videos on Sora 2 for the last 24 hours, but generation keeps failing and my credits are being consumed. There is nothing in my prompt that violates any rules, yet the generation fails repeatedly. Kindly let me know, how can I solve this issue?

Can you share the keyframe you were using? I was able to generate using the prompt you had but without a keyframe.
