Speech Generation doesn't load. It just spins and spins.

When I attempt to use the credits my company purchased to generate speech, it never loads. I’ve signed out, rebooted my computer and tried over and over again. It never loads. I either get a spinning circle or a fuzzy AI creature saying to try later. The one time I was actually able to generate speech, editing the generated file was a nightmare and useless.

Why push a product, charge people and businesses when you damn well it’s not ready. Do better Adobe.

    Hi @NateGonzo,

Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear about the experience you've had with Firefly's Generate Speech feature. I understand how frustrating it can be when credits have been purchased and the feature consistently fails to load or generate results.

To help us investigate, could you please provide a few additional details?

    • Does the issue occur in an Incognito/Private browsing window or a different browser?

In the meantime, you may want to try the following:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Disable browser extensions, particularly ad blockers or privacy tools.
    • Sign out of Firefly and sign back in.

    Regards,

    Tarun

...and to answer your question: I’m using Microsoft Edge and not in incognito/private.

    Hey @NateGonzo

Thank you for sharing the vid. I will escalate this issue. This certainly should not occur or happen. could you see if the files have been generated by checking your: Creative Cloud app

I have noticed something similar when using 3rd party models. As a result, I have had to in my Creative Cloud app to see if the image/ voice/ video has been generated before pressing “Generate” again to conserve credits.

Could you have a look in your Creative Cloud App and see if the image/video is hiding there?

How to reliably download your files
In your Adobe Creative Cloud you can find your files there and download them. Here s a short video showing the steps
