Firefly shows we have credits, but wants us to purchase.

Are you trying to generate video?  If so, have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?

Not a particularly helpful answer.

What I ended up doing - Uninstalled Creative Cloud app, deleted related preferences, a few other cleanups. Seems to be working properly. Bugs.
