Still having problems with firefly unlimited gernerations

Question

Hi Adobe team,

I wrote the other day that I am having problems generating videos in adobe firefly.

I have an account and I am using the firefly model to generate video's but it still seem to eat up my credits.

I have uploaded screen shots of the app, my refesched brower and to show i am using Adobes firefly model

Please help

Hello @Damien2911365778gl,Thank you for your message. Are you sure the Firefly model is selected?  For me, in the mobile app it seems to default to the Veo model. You have to specifically select the Firefly model. This is made more confusing by the fact that when you select the model button, Adobe models are shown, not partner models, and you see the Firefly video model, but if it does not have a check mark next to it, some other model (on the partner models tab) is selected. Could this be the issue you are seeing?Thanks,    droopy
