As if it wasnt bad enough that Firefly consistently CHOKES and FAILS to deliver, i have to look at an apologetic monkey.  Its condescending and adds insult to the waste of time this Firefly has been since day 1

      • A full screenshot: Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, making sure your avatar in the upper right corner is visible. Many errors have multiple causes, and seeing the full context is much more helpful to us than just the error message alone.

      • Your system details: What Operating System (OS) and Browser (including the version numbers) are you currently using?

      • Your workflow context: What exactly were you working on right before the error popped up?

        • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)

        • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3)

        • What was the exact prompt you were using?

        • If you were using any reference images, keyframes, or original images, could you attach those as well?


      Once we have this context, we can dig right in and get this escalated to the product team. We've got your back on this!

      Thanks but nm, I am not going to bother anymore with Firefly.  I finished the project using Magichour. I am just saying, if your “tools” are gonna kick out my attempts, I don’t need some silly monkey looking at me to make me feel even more frustrated, and insulted for my money's worth. Not one indicator of the cause of the failure, just this goofy monkey.   Whoever thought that would be cute has no understanding of what its like to try to get a job done.  Magichour processed the same prompt to my satisfaction.   FF has never helped me yet, so why do i keep using it. and I am going to cancel AdobeCloud. Canva is better to save me Photoshop headaches and CC and MH do the rest for me
