Subscribed today and paid 520Rs, status is showing active but when generating video it says insufficient credits.

In the mobile app, on the home page shown in image “A”, press “text to video”.

On the next screen, “B”, type in your prompt and set the Model, resolution, etc. If you are just experimenting, using the Firefly Video model and setting the resolution to 540 will use the least amount of credits. The area where the yellow box is on “B” will show how many credits the generation will cost. It doesn’t show any for me right now because my plan has a promotion where Firefly video generations are zero credits right now. Accounts that do not have that promotion, the number of credits will be listed. If you have less credits available than the generation will take, you would get the insufficient credits error.

Press generate and you will see it generating as on “C” and the result on “D”.

I am new to this app and things are really confusing plzz can you help me understand guide me a little I just want to generate text to video that was the only amount I was asked to may and I paid and now things are messed up

What model/resolution/length were you using. You have 760 credits, but some video generations take more than 760 credits, such as this example:
