If I understand your issue, if you go to the Firefly page and click on your profile image, you will see how many credits you have left remaining. When you click on an AI model, the amount of credits that model will consume is shown at the bottom right. If a video result is not to one's liking, and it's rendered again even with the same prompt, more credits will still be deducted. As such, one can not actually make 40 DIFFERENT 5-second videos, but 40 ATTEMPTS to make one that was properly rendered. On the other hand, if more credits are being consumed than what is indicated by the AI model, then yes, that would be a bug.
