Suddenly can't upload images to the image editor anymore.

So, I’ve been using the Adobe Firefly image editor directly on the site for about a month now with no issues.  But, for some reason today I can’t upload any images to edit.  I go to the image editor, hit the Upload button, select an image to upload and hit ok, then nothing happens now, the image just never comes into the editor now for some unknown reason.  I have tried both the current versions of Chrome and Firefox and both have the same issue.  Is there some place that the images are getting stored that is like maxed out capacity wise and needs clearing out or something?  There’s no error message displayed anywhere when this happens, so I don’t know what is going on.

Please assist and thanks,

-Jason

    Hi,

Actually, it suddenly started working again today, so I assume it was some kind of temporary server side load issue or something along those lines.

    Thanks,

    Hey @jasonowen42

    Help us, help you.
could you kindly provide a video of your workflow?

    Or

Could you please reply with the following information:
    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

Have you tried to use Firefly boards?

    Cheers

    Nate
