Switching to Creative Cloud Pro from mixed plans covering PS, IL, LR. Primary apps + Firefly Boards for Nano Banana 2/Pro. Screenshot shows error: “Sorry, we cannot change your plan.” Not eligible?

For current promo Mar 19–Apr 22: Unlimited Nano Banana on firefly.adobe.com deducts credits. Expected or a bug?

CC Pro switch from mixed plans errors: “Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry.”

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Right after the end of the promo (April 22, 2026) all users will return to consuming credits and the counter will display the cost before generating.
