t: Request for Additional Firefly Credits After Upgrade and Limited Use

Hi there, I hope you're doing well.I have a concern I’m hoping you can help with. I recently upgraded my Firefly plan and paid an extra $30 on top of my regular Creative Cloud subscription. Despite that, I was only able to create 6 videos before I ran out of credits.Between the $30 upgrade and my existing Creative Cloud plan—which gives me 11,025 credits—I really expected to have much more flexibility and access. I upgraded specifically to increase my creative output, so it’s been pretty frustrating to hit a limit so quickly.I’m not trying to complain, but I do feel like I didn’t get the value I paid for. I’d really appreciate it if you could review this and possibly help me out with some additional credits. I genuinely enjoy using Firefly and want to keep creating without running into these barriers.Thanks so much for your time and understanding.

Hi @Choppa78! I completely understand how frustrating it must be to invest in an upgraded Firefly plan on top of your Creative Cloud subscription and still feel limited in your ability to create.
