At this time, Adobe Firefly does not have an undo/redo feature.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

There is a history mode to see images created during your current session. You can activate it by pressing this button on the generation page:

That then shows the images you generated in this session. You can scroll left/right to see all of them and click on one you want to return to:
