Tengo 500 créditos y no me deja generar imágenes

Básicamente eso, tengo 500 creditos en Firefly y me dice que no puedo generar ni editar imágenes porque no tengo créditos suficientes.

Hi @Tosalkai,

 

It looks like you are using a Google model?  Based on your having 500 credits per month, I am assuming you are not on a Firefly premium plan. A Firefly premium plan is needed to generate using partner models.  I think the error message is kind of misleading as I do not think the problem is not having enough credits.

Can you please reply with the following information:
• In a web browser, please go to account.adobe.com, log into your account, and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
