Tengo créditos en firefly pero desde ayer no me deja generar videos

Example keep the original image… 

second, I put what I deem the most important at the beginning of my prompt.

Finally, other common problems when it comes to getting this notice:

• Trademarked / Copyright
• Political figures / Celebrities 
• Children (Adobe and many other models will not generate anything with regards to children: words like boy, girl, child, kid and so on.) 
• Nudity

I’m really sorry you’ve been running into this error since yesterday. I know how discouraging it is when you have credits available but can’t generate anything.
 

To help us understand what’s causing the issue on your side, could you share a bit more detail about your last attempts?

• The prompt you used 
• The model you selected 
• Any reference image or keyframe you added (if applicable).

Once we have that information, we can take a closer look and get back to you.
