Terrible color match

Question

I asked for a specific color, I provided the RBG numbers, I provided the HEX number, I provided screenshot sample of the color, it is a pinkish red color. I have gotten multiple versions of blue, a few bright red and a yellow/orange color. None of the 36 images provided were even close to using the color, nor was there any hint of the color in the image. Very disapointed.

Just to add a bit to what @droopydog500 mentioned.
I find making my own gradients in PS or Illustrator helps Firefly considerable. Using a Freeform Gradient made in Illustrator really helps Adobe Firefly generate the colours I want to be used in the generated image.

Hello @Britni_Donegan3116,Thank you for your message.  Firefly cannot generate with precise colouring. Specifically, it does not understand RGB or hex numbers. You can use words (blue, navy-blue, orange, etc.), but you are not guaranteed a specific colour. Using a colour in a style reference (the fewer number of colours, the better) can get you close but still not guaranteed to be exact. Depending on what you are creating this might or might not help, but you can specify a specific colour palette (including using hex numbers) in Adobe Illustrator when creating text to vector graphics: Otherwise, your main other option is to take the image into Photoshop and adjust colours.
