I feel it will be good if the effects filling in a perticular pattens ,shape also more useful rather than only with texts

Thank you for reaching out. I don't understand your question/comment. Can you share more details? How would this change how Text Effects currently works? Is there another variable you would like to console, etc?

I think they  are asking for the ability to fill arbitrary shapes, not just letters. Perhaps with a shape tool.
