Question

The Adobe Firefly free portrait generator gave me back as a result one of the photos I submitted as reference, without any changes. It says it uses 10 credits, so if that's true, I'd like the 10 credits back, please. Thank you!

I followed the easy instructions and uploaded 4 images as reference, gave a prompt - which did describe one of the photos I submitted pretty well, and that’s the result I got back, with no changes at all based on the other 3 images provided.

      We’d love it if you could provide a bit more info about the issue. Could you tell us the format of that reference image?
       

      We’d also like to reproduce your generation on our side to understand what might be going wrong. Please share your reference images along with the prompt and the model you used.

      Of the four, some were png, some jpg, and possibly one was a jpeg. I have since closed the tab so I no longer have what you are asking for. I suspect that because my prompt was pretty similar to one of the reference images it defaulted to that but I still don’t understand how it could present a solution that looks exactly like one of the images I gave it. That’s just wrong if you’re going to charge me credits for it.

      Thanks for reaching out.Please note that each generation, even when using the same prompt or settings, consumes credits as the system processes a new render. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund credits for completed generations. Could you share the reference image and the generated results with us?
