Hi, I've already lost most of my credits trying to bring a woman from my image to life. What's wrong with the description below that AI doesn't understand it?

Hi Kartika Rawat

I used the attached image to generate a fairly simple movie. I made several attempts, and the last one — also attached — is the best so far. However, I still can’t use it, since my instructions didn’t mention anything about rotating the head.

I’d be truly grateful for your advice on how to approach this better. I need to create 5 similar movies, but so far, I’ve ended up using most of my credits on failed attempts. Any guidance would be much appreciated!
