The fierfly is on massaging Something went wrong and it is not generating any image. as well i have lost a lot of credit on this

Hello, When i’m generating it can work one time and then on edit it starts to messaging “Something went wrong” and it did not generate anything and it. It also charged me many times for the credits without any result.

Please any solutions for this issue
