The Firefly AI Assistant isn't showing up in the menu, what should I do?

Could you please confirm whether you’re on an Individual or Enterprise account?

1. If you’re on Enterprise, you’ll need to contact your admin for access.

2. If you’re on Individual, please try the following steps:

• Make sure your browser is updated, or try another one/incognito mode

• Log out of your account and log back in

• Change your interface language preference to English and refresh the page (Account menu > Preferences > Language)

• Check if you can access the AI Assistant directly through this link: https://firefly.adobe.com/ai-assistant.
