Question

The generated text and the detailed image description are incorrect even after 4–5 attempts. For example, the left and right sides get mixed up. Free programs already handle this!!!

I have been an Adobe corporate subscriber for several years. I use a Mac Studio 4 to meet Adobe Firefly’s system requirements. A year ago, I could achieve acceptable results with my prompts after just one or two attempts. The new Firefly makes a lot of errors. I am not paying to finance so many mistakes, especially when I can get good results faster using a free online interface. Reporting these issues seems pointless; it just wastes my time. If this continues, I will cancel my subscription. Back in 1986, Photoshop was the best—it’s not bad today either, but it has lost a lot of its value in my eyes. My job isn't to engage in endless correspondence; it is to effectively use the product I am paying for.

    We understand that it can be frustrating when you run into errors and cannot generate the images and videos you need. In order to assist you we ask you to provide additional information.

    Something went wrong:
    A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner. Many errors have multiple causes; seeing the full context is much more helpful than a zoomed-in image of the error message alone.
     

    • System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers)
    • Workflow Context:
      • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
      • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
      • The full prompt you were using.
      • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.
    (Make sure to remove person details: email address, name and etc. before posting)
