The images being created are not even remotely close to the prompt given. I want my last 1000 credits back as they have been wasted on images that are completely incorrect

I’ll ask it to change the color of a certain element of the photo, and it will expand outside of the prompted area. “make this stripe blue instead of purple” would change many many more elements in the photo.

This needs to be fixed.

    Hi emle,
    Thanks for sharing your experience.

Unfortunately, credits are the cost of each generation, so they can’t be refunded for unwanted outcomes. That said, we’d love to help you get closer to the results you want.

For precise edits like changing the color of a specific element, we recommend using the Edit images with AI Markup tool from the Edit tab. This lets you highlight exactly the area you want to change, which helps avoid edits spilling into other parts of the image. You can find more details here: AI Markup guide.

If you come across results that don’t look accurate, you can also submit feedback directly by clicking the thumbs‑down icon when hovering over the image. That feedback goes straight to the team and helps improve the behavior over time.

Please share more about the specific edits you’re aiming for, we’ll be glad to walk you through the best way to achieve them.
