    From the last screenshot you shared, I noticed that the URL being used contains tracking data (promoid). Please ensure you’re accessing the correct link: https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/image
     

    If the issue persists, kindly provide the following details:

    • System Information: Your Operating System (OS) and Browser, including version numbers

    • Workflow Context:

      • Which model was selected (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3)

      • The full prompt you entered

      • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used
