The second time there is a problem with using your program

Hello,

For the second time this month, I am locked out of your software with a "region not supported" error. This is unacceptable for a paid subscription.

This issue is disrupting my work. I request that you fix this technical glitch immediately and explain why it keeps happening. I also would like to know your policy on compensation for downtime.

Please take measures to ensure this does not happen again.

    I’m sorry about the trouble. What type of subscription do you have? Have you already tired signing out and back into your account and see if that helps?
