The second time there is a problem with using your program
Hello,
For the second time this month, I am locked out of your software with a "region not supported" error. This is unacceptable for a paid subscription.
This issue is disrupting my work. I request that you fix this technical glitch immediately and explain why it keeps happening. I also would like to know your policy on compensation for downtime.
Please take measures to ensure this does not happen again.
