Question

The service is not working. I have lost over 200 credit trying to edit pictures and it doesn't follow my instructions. Most of the time it doesn't do anything at all .

Sevice not working, using my credits and not editing the pictures or creating the pictures I asked for. I need my credits restored.

    I've already decided I will be canceling my service. The service this company offers is not what it says. Worst that it's impossible to contact them. Can't contact losing credits for nothing. Sounds like a ripple off to me.

    Prompting is a lot of trail and error. 


    Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, meaning there is no result, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous.

    Could you please reply with the following information:
    An example of the image & prompt that you are using would help.

    • A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

    • What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

    First it is frustrating for sure, when you don’t get the desired results that you want.
