The system keeps flagging me to buy more credits, but it looks like I have credits still available.

The system is not completing my request and asks me to buy credit.  However, based on my account, it looks like I still have a lot of credits left.

    The error in the image you attached is not an insufficient credits error. It is an error related to the prompt; most likely it believes the prompt does not meet the Generative AI terms and conditions. Please note that Adobe has terms of use which include guidelines for acceptable content.  Those are detailed in this document:  Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines.

    I cannot tell for sure what it might be as I cannot see the full prompt in that screen shot, but it possibly is the word “girl”.
