I submitted three screenshots of a document to produce a graphic. The graphic produced created jumbled text that made absolutely no sense and the graphic is unusable. Therefore I’d like my credits back please

Unfortunately, credits are the cost of each generation, so they can’t be refunded for unwanted outcomes. That said, we’d love to help you get closer to the results you want.
If you come across results that don’t look accurate, you can also submit feedback directly by clicking the thumbs‑down icon when hovering over the image. That feedback goes straight to the team and helps improve the behavior over time.
In cases like this, I Prefer to add my own Text in Adobe Express, Photoshop, or Illustrator. This way I get consistent results.
