I asked to create a video but the one I received contained many grammatical error. why should I be charged 500 credit to correct them

    Unfortunately, perfectly generating text is a current limitation of AI across all platforms, including Firefly. We aren't able to process refunds for these cases, but I can suggest generating your video or image without any text, and then add your words afterward using Adobe Express.

    Thanks ​@Hajar Toutsi . The point is, I didn’t ask for any text to be added. It generated a video with numerous text mistakes and charged me 400 credits.

    I cancelled my subscription. Many other companies offer better services.

    Adobe offered me two months of free subscription, but that is useless if I still have to buy extra credits and be charged for videos with mistakes—without being allowed to fix them or edit the text.

    ​Thanks for getting back to me. Ahmad, I hear you, and it's definitely frustrating to lose credits for text you didn't even ask for in the first place, especially when it has errors.  

     

    I'm sorry to see you go, but I completely respect your decision to cancel. I want to make sure your voice is heard, so I'm passing this specific feedback directly to our product team so they can look into how the system handles and charges for unprompted text.
