My reference image was quite clear it had one low key diver in it . The generated video had lost most of the “animals” I'm the reference image and had featured a second diver with a weird sort of net gun which I had not described in anyway in my prompt. I asked only for the fantasy animals to be moving around with one or two fighting. I made no mention of the diver as I had promoted that the subject of the reference image should stay the same. I feel it was a very poor interpretation with little regard to my prompt or reference image and would like to delete it and not lood=se any of the credits used to generate it!!

    Hi @Doubsie,

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to get credits returned for a poor generation. The best thing to do on a poor quality generation is to thumbs down the generation and provide detailed feedback on what went wrong:

This feedback goes to the people working on the models.

Thanks, Droopydog500. Incredible that is possible to buy something that doesn’t work and not get a refund!

    Hey @Doubsie

Jus to add a bit to what @droopydog500 mentioned

The process of prompting and getting the desired results ends up being a lot of trial and error.

When prompting ask for what you want. Negative prompts seldom work. Complicated prompts confuse the machine(s).

Clear and easy to understand prompts tend to work best. I relate it to a Harry Potter book. Descriptive and easy to imagine.

When it’s not working delete the files not working.

    Steps to take:
    - Delete the images that are not working for you How to Delete multiple Files

    - Open a new tab and start over or with a reference image: style or composition image.

    - Use a different model

    - Look at the gallery and see if there is an image that is somewhat similar to the desired outcome.

    - Draw out the image (even a rough sketch can help.)

    Consider using other apps
    - Adobe Express

    - Photoshop

    - Illustrator

    Cheers

    Nate
