Tokens are being deducted from my account for every single generation. However, it has already happened several times that the generated image appeared for a brief moment and then immediately disappeared.

Could you first check whether your missing results appear in the Generation history under Files? This section allows you to access all your previous generations.

If you’re able to locate them there, please try the following steps to resolve the feed display issue:

• Clear cache & cookies: Cached data can cause glitches. Clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window may help.

• Use another browser: Make sure it’s up to date.

• Disable extensions: Ad blockers or privacy tools can interfere with the feed. Temporarily turn them off to test.

• Refresh your account session: Log out and back in, or refresh your Adobe account.

Please let us know if you were able to retrieve your past generations and whether any of these steps helped resolve the issue.
